Methodology
At Growth Spark, we are strong believers in the value of process-oriented project development. Establishing clear goals with our clients at the start of every project, we utilize a proprietary methodology for increasing conversion through design called the SEEK Conversion Methodology™.
What is the SEEK Conversion Methodology™?
The SEEK Conversion Methodology™ aims to increase conversion on your website by analyzing the life cycle of a visitor. Through a four phase process, we breakdown how traffic is generated, the user is engaged, action is prompted and data is captured. This methodology has helped increase conversion rates, lead generation and ultimate profit for many of our clients.
How do you manage the project development process?
Exploration
Each project begins with a thorough exploration phase. During this initial phase, a project outline is developed that clearly defines the goals and expectations we share with our clients. We then begin an in-depth analysis of the internal, external and growth factors that provide the support for our understanding of our clients' businesses. The information gathered during this process helps to inform the SEEK Conversion strategy we develop and the ultimate project deliverables.
Information Architecture
Just as building a house begins with an architect devising blueprints, do does a web design project. We utilize wireframes to help build an information architecture of your website. This allows us to thoroughly test user experience, develop intuitive navigation and create calls-to-action that will lead to increased conversion.
Design
We consider design to be more than the graphics on your website. Good design empowers decision making and enhances user experience. Utilizing the wireframes and information architecture documents assembled in the previous phase, combined with simplicity, usability and cleanliness, we strive to create unique designs that highlight our clients' brands.
Development
As we build our projects, we continually evaluate the impact each feature has on our clients' overall goals. We believe that features for feature's sake that do not add value to these overall goals simply do not belong in the project. That being said, we have the capability and on numerous occasions have implemented custom features that have enabled our client's to succeed with power and ease.
Implementation and Growth
The launch date of a project is never the final date of work. We expect iteration and realize that only real-time use and user feedback can create a refined final product.
