Ross Beyeler
A graduate of Babson College, Ross Beyeler has been an active entrepreneur in the technology space since 2005 with experience ranging in digital marketing, business development and strategic management. In 2007, Ross co-founded For Art’s Sake Media, Inc., a technology company servicing the art industry, where he led the organization through its seed funding, team building and product launch. In December 2008, Ross went on to start Growth Spark, a web design and marketing firm with a focus on conversion optimization. Growth Spark's success brought Ross a BusinessWeek nomination as one of 2010's Top 25 Entrepreneurs under 25.
Andy Thayer
As Creative Director of Growth Spark, Andy is passionate about creating rich, engaging online experiences. Combining a B.A. in Graphic Design and Interactive Multimedia with experience leading creative web design initiatives in the museum industry, Andy brings advertising principals with innovative design to ensure a successful brand presence on the web.
Michael Andrade
Growth Spark's Development Director, Michael's zeal for solving problems and deep interest in all things cloud keep him poised to deliver the best solutions for the most complex projects. While on the New Media team at Telegraph Publishing, Co., the leading newspaper in southern New Hampshire, Michael secured the team's 2006 NEAPNEA Web Contest Public Service Award for their featured series: Child Care Series and "Fair Share" Property Tax Series. In 2008 and 2009, while working with Accent Imaging in Raleigh, NC, Michael helped to roll out a partnered and complete Web solution for servicing the asset maintenance and supply auditing needs of Progress Energy, Inc, a Fortune 500 Company and one of the nation's largest electric utilities. With over 10 years of in-the-field experience and specific expertise with WordPress, Michael's evolving skill and passion allow him to deliver solutions that are clean, concise, and scalable.
Ryan Holbrook
Ryan has been working in the realm of Online Marketing since 2005 while attending Babson College. After graduating with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Ryan continued his web marketing career working at various paid search and online marketing agencies around Boston including Commission Junction and Blank Marketing LLC. Ryan heads all client and internal web marketing efforts including strategy development and execution. His expertise includes: Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Website Optimization, Email Marketing, Social Media and Article and Blog Marketing.
Kate Turcotte
Kate serves as Growth Spark's Project Manager. Driven by her desire to see projects to fruition and her Masters in Communications Management from Simmons College she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Her diverse skill set acquired from a career in non-profit development and project management allows her to fulfill several functions. Her primary focus is remaining genuinely and actively involved in the projects she manages- ensuring clients have a positive experience with Growth Spark and are thrilled with the outcome of their investments. In addition to client relations Kate's attention is shared with the process of continually improving Growth Sparks infrastructure. She plays an integral role in Growth Spark's business development with a focus on refining processes, project productivity, developing documentation and marketing materials.
Mike Donahue
As Development Director of Growth Spark Mike is a self-taught web developer with a passion for learning. In 2009 he began building websites from the ground up for small businesses and local contractors. Since then he has seen through the full development and design of dozens of websites. With a B.S. in Accounting from Salve Regina University he has an unconventional skill for solving problems and generating alternative solutions.
Matt Sakellar
Matt joined the team with over 10 years of sales and operations management experience. He is responsible for the cultivation of new business and maintaining the continuity of existing relationships with our clients. Matt has worked in multiple capacities in a number of industries, including the ski and snowboard world as a well respected builder of terrain parks, information technology consultation and sales leadership.
Sean Butze
As Project Manager for the Spark Launch division, Sean combines a lifelong passion for creating online experiences with his entrepreneurial mindset to help clients create effective & profitable websites. Sean’s experience in website design began early—he started building websites at the age of 10, a talent that would eventually lead him to start several web-based ventures including Sonic Frontiers, an international online music publication. A graduate of the University of Connecticut’s School of Business, Sean continually strives to apply his knack for the web toward solving relevant business problems.
Jonathan Smalls
Jonathan comes to Growth Spark from a long line of customer centric, quality focused positions. For two years he served as a taxicab fleet manager where he maintained the highest standards of operation for the cars you ride in, and greatest knowledge in your drivers. In 2009 he joined Revere Capital Management as a systems administrator, shifting his focus to using his technical skills to create a seamless experience for his users. Since then he has come to Growth Spark with the same attention to detail, and focus on creating the highest quality product in the market.
