Ross Beyeler
A graduate of Babson College, Ross has been an active entrepreneur in the technology space since 2005 with experience ranging in affiliate marketing, business development and strategic management. In 2007, Ross co-founded For Art’s Sake Media, Inc., a technology company servicing the art industry, where he led the organization through its seed funding, team building and product launch. Since 2008, Ross has focused on helping Growth Spark and its clients become leaders in their spaces.

Andy Thayer
As lead designer at Growth Spark, Andy is passionate about creating rich, engaging online experiences. Combining a B.A. in Graphic Design and Interactive Multimedia with experience leading creative web design initiatives in the museum industry, Andy brings advertising principals with innovative design to ensure a successful brand presence on the web.

Chris Beaman
Chris' experience building websites over the past five years has led him to develop a keen sense for business growth and strategy. While user interface design and development are his backbone, Chris specializes in online marketing through channels including PPC advertising, search engine optimization, social media campaigns and email newsletters. Chris is most passionate about helping businesses to actualize their online identities through the utilization of content management and communal engagement.

Amy Mulkey
Amy has a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University. At Growth Spark, Amy focuses on lead generation, recruitment as well as a variety of essential business development functions. Prior to joining Growth Spark, Amy served as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, and was the Director of Marketing for the prominent law firm Trott & Trott.
